At Freedom Clothing, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. However, if something isn’t right, we’re happy to accept returns under certain conditions. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent process.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.

⚠️ Items that show signs of wear, have missing tags, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return (with a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

Once approved, you can return the item via our logistics partners (such as Pathao Parcel or Nepal Can Move) or through any reliable courier service of your choice.


3. Return Process

  • After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

  • If the return is approved, you can choose between:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

    • A refund as per our Refund Policy.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and undergarments

  • Discounted or clearance sale products

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items returned after the 3-day window


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.

  • In case of an approved return due to our error, we will cover the full shipping cost.


6. Important Notes

  • Please ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Freedom Clothing reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

  • For products purchased during sales or promotional events, returns may be subject to specific terms mentioned during the purchase.
